How do I place an ad?
To place a classified ad, call us or fill out the form on this website. You may also mail or fax your ad to us. Faxed photographs WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

How do I pay for my ad?
Payment by check can be included when ad is mailed. Payment by credit card through Pay Pal can be made with online submission.

How much should I pay for my ad?
A classified ad is $10.00 minimum. It will be a $2.00 more for each additional line. A photograph is an extra charge of $10.00.

Can you use a color photo?
Yes. We can duplicate any photo, (Polaroid, 35mm, digital, or jpeg). You can mail the original, attached it to our online form or send it via e-mail in a jpeg format. All photos appear in black and white in the magazine and online.

Can you resize my photo?
Yes. The average photo in the classified section is resized to 1" x 2.5".

How often is the magazine published?
Carolina/Virginia Truck Trader is published on the first day of each month.

Who receives Carolina/Virginia Truck Trader?
Owners of Class 7 & 8 trucks in North and South Carolina and Virginia.

When is the deadline?
The deadline for advertising in the Carolina/Virginia Truck Trader is the 1st day of EVERY month preceding issue date.

Be sure to have your materials to us by that date to guarantee publication.

Ads are accepted on a space available basis after the deadline.

How do I get a subscription?
If you are a North or South Carolina or Viriginia owner of a Class 7, or 8 truck we’d be happy to add you to our mailing list. Requests can be mailed to Carolina/Virginia Truck Trader, P.O. Box 25007, Lansing, MI 48909

How much does a subscription cost?
It's free to qualifying North and South Carolina and Virginia truck owners.

If I move, will I still get my Carolina/Virginia Truck Trader?
No. The US Postal Service does not forward 3rd class mail. For uninterrupted service, you must notify us of your new address.

What if I am receiving more than one magazine?
We need your subscription number, name and address to take your name off our mailing list.

How do I take my name off the mailing list?
Just send us your subscription number, name and address.

When can I expect my magazine?
Magazines are mailed by 3rd class from Lansing, Michigan and are delivered between the 5th - 12th of the month depending on the postal service.

Can I get my magazine earlier?
Yes. For $65 per year we can add your name and address to the 1st class mailing list. Send payment along with request to: Carolina/Virginia Truck Trader, P.O. Box 25007, Lansing, MI 48909.
